• United States: 2-8 business days

• International: 7-20 business days

Shipping Costs

For US Orders

• Standard shipping: $5.49 for the first item.

• Additional items: $2.00 per item.

For International Orders

• Standard shipping: $9.99 per item.

• Some remote areas may incur higher shipping fees.

Order Processing & Changes

• After placing an order, customers have 2 hours to request changes (size, color, quantity, address) or cancel the order.

• After 2 hours, the order enters production, and modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Tifyo is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

• If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, reshipping fees apply:

• $7 per item for US reshipments

• $10 per item for international reshipments

PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO

• We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

• APO/FPO shipments may take 40-45 days due to military processing.

Customs Duties & Taxes

• International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their local customs authorities.

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product meets one of the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged or defective (printing issues, material defects, or production errors).

• The item is incorrect (wrong design, size, color, or style compared to the order).

• The package was damaged during shipping and caused product defects.

• The product received differs significantly from the description on our website.

Products must be unused, have all original tags intact, and be returned in their original packaging.

• If the return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label via email.

3. Refund & Exchange

• Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Exchanges: A replacement will be shipped once the return is approved. If the replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, washed, or damaged items (unless the issue was present upon arrival).

• Items returned without prior approval.

• Personalized or customized items unless defective.
